Building healthy legacies together.
Keeping Generations Healthy helps families and communities improve physical health, mental wellbeing, nutrition knowledge and preventative healthcare engagement through inclusive activities, education and connection.
Breaking cycles of preventable illness
Across many UK communities, preventable health conditions continue to affect families generation after generation. We work to change that through education, activity and community support.
Heart Disease
Raising awareness of heart health, movement, lifestyle choices and preventative healthcare.
Type 2 Diabetes
Helping families understand prevention, nutrition and everyday habits that support long-term wellbeing.
Obesity
Creating positive, non-judgemental opportunities to move more and make healthier choices.
Depression
Supporting mental wellbeing through confidence, connection, inclusion and community belonging.
A legacy of care, inclusion and active living.
K.G.H Community Organisation was established in memory of Kevin Hemmings, a much-loved family member who died suddenly because of ischaemic heart disease.
Kevin was a dedicated father, family member and friend. He had a strong passion for sport, particularly football, and believed in keeping active, making positive lifestyle choices, and supporting others through kindness, encouragement and inclusion.
His professional life was dedicated to caring for people, especially young children and children with special educational needs. Keeping Generations Healthy continues his legacy by supporting families through accessible, fun and inclusive health and wellbeing activities.
